DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?
In the state of Wisconsin, you are not required to have a real estate attorney as we are licensed agents and can handle all of the legal paperwork. Of course, you are certainly entitled to have an attorney review your real estate transaction and can have them involved if you would prefer but it is not required.
DO YOU WORK WITH LOCAL LENDERS THAT YOU CAN REFER ME TO?
I have a handful of trusted lenders in the area that I have worked with for years. I would never refer my clients to anyone who is not a trusted professional and expert in the business. I partner with my lenders to make my client's process of buying a home as seamless as possible.

Yes! It is important that when you are listing your home, you get the full-service package!
